I started Mentored By Maya because I believe EVERY women deserves to feel happier in their skin and take control of their lives WITHOUT sacrificing everything that they enjoy about where they originate from.
My expertise is working 1-1 with women on a highly personalised level; catering to all of their nutrition, exercise and female health needs.
The fitness and diet industry can be overwhelming, misleading and sometimes ‘fake’. We aim to provide REAL, honest coaching to every woman who works with us that will transform their body, habits and mindset!
As a women's lifestyle coach, I am committed to empowering women to achieve their fitness goals through a holistic and balanced approach. My mission is to break down the misconceptions surrounding resistance training and highlight its numerous benefits.
By providing a supportive and inclusive environment, I guide women towards their best selves, fostering both physical strength and overall well-being. My coaching philosophy emphasises that good health is multifaceted.With the right guidance, I strive to make more women aware of this by joining the MBM team!

It would be beneficial for you to attend a gym, but as coaches who work with busy women, we know that it can be tricky to get there. We program exercise around your capabilities, confidence and routine. Some of our clients train from a gym, home - some so both! This is possible due to our smart programming. Finding whatever works for you is our priority.
Of course! We’ve coached women from all over the world which is the benefit of our service. It’s all online, so as long as you have access to internet - you’re good to go!
Absolutely not! No matter how little you know about nutrition or exercise, it doesn’t matter. As long as you’re willing to learn and work on a deeper level with us as your coaches, you won’t feel like a novice any longer. We accept anyone at any stage - plus we all start somewhere!
Absolutely, this will be part of our monthly reviews, you can change your goals and targets depending on what you want to work towards. Please keep in mind that we will ultimately give you the best advice for your long-term targets, not for a quick fix result.
Tell us! We want our clients to enjoy themselves, but we don’t want them to forget about their goals completely. Using out mapping strategies, we factor in any holidays, city breaks or weekend trips and find the best approach for you so you can stay on track - and feel incredible when you go!
100%. We take into consideration all aspects of your lifestyle to make something flexible, doable and easy to implement. This includes the foods you like, your work routine, the commitments you have and even any conditions or injuries you may have too. This isn’t a cookie cutter program!
It will not be an issue at all, most of our clients lead busy lives and have demanding jobs. Your plan will be adapted and discussed during our check in’s. We tweak your program to accommodate for any travel / work trips.
Yes. Any client who works with us has to commit to an initial 24 week contract. The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits or cement new ones. We don’t call ourselves Mentors for no reason! However, most clients end up working with us for over 9-12 months. Life-changing results take time and having a coach is an incredible experience.
As soon as you select your subscription, we get to work! All clients go through an automated onboarding process so we can get stuck in 3-5 days later. This is our full time jobs, not a side hustle. Welcoming new faces as soon as possible is one of our priorities.
